We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Leo-Star. If you are not completely happy with your mattress, we offer a return policy for eligible items purchased through our authorized Amazon store.
- Returns Period: You may return your mattress within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition.
- Condition: The mattress must be in its original, unsoiled condition and packaging for returns. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns if the product has been used or damaged.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please go to the “Your Orders” section on Amazon, select the item you wish to return, and follow the return process. Amazon will guide you through the return procedure.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned mattress and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
- Free Returns: If the mattress is returned due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Customer Responsibility: If you are returning the mattress for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your mattress arrives damaged or defective, please contact Amazon customer service immediately. We will either arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
